General Terms and Conditions of Suitcase talen
Students register online, print the last page iof the registration form and sign it .The agreement between Suitcase talen and the contracting party takes effect as soon as Suitcase talen receives the signed registration form.
In case you have completed the online form, printed it and signed it without having had a personal intake at the location of Suitcase talen, you will have according to the law Koop op Afstand, 7 days for reconsideration, starting at the moment that Suitcase talen confirms the receipt of your signed form.
The present General Terms together wit the completed, printed and signed onine registration form constitute the agreement with the contracting party.
In what follows the term 'course' includes all kinds of classes and other similar products.
Payment and Cancellation
The registration form indicates how and when fees must be paid . If the contracting party is not the training participant, the fee must be paid in one payment.
After receipt of the signed registration form, Suitcase talen will send an invoice whitch the contracting party must pay on or beforde the expiry date recorded on that invoice.
The contracting party can only cancel participation in a course in writing or by email, and the cancellation is not valid until it has been acknowledged by Suitcase talen. In the event of a cancellation less than 10 business days before the first lesson in the course, the contracting party is required to pay the fees in full, irrespective of the reason for the cancellation. Also if the course participant fails to attend, for whatever reason. the full course fee is due.
If the contracting party fails to pay the tuition fees promptly, Suitcase talen will charge collection costs. These cost amount to a minumum of 15% of the unpaid sum, with an absolute minimum of € 40,-.
If the participant of a standard course is unable to attend one or more lessons there will be no opportunity to catch up the lessons in which s/he was absent. In the event of the tutor's absence, Suitcase talen will arrange alternative lessons, if possible at the same time.
Suitcase talen reserves the right to cancel a course in the event of insufficient enrollment, at the latest with 5 business days' notice. If a course is cancelled, a potential participant can lodge no claim whatsoever for the compensation of any damage suffered as a result, barring the restitution of the tuition fees, if already paid. In the vent of the cancellation of a course, registered participants will receive notice in writing of by email, after which the participant's obligations cease to exist. Suitcase talen will subsequently reimburse the tuition fees.
