Delft method modules

Firstly, the modular system of the Delft method makes learning Dutch very flexible. You pay per module for 5 weeks. You study with e-learning at home and you have two group conversation classes per week with a teacher online.

Secondly, Delft Method students learn to talk quicker than students of traditional courses. As well, you learn to pronounce, listen, read, and write. This is all in the e-learning. In the online conversation class, you practice what you learned.

TU Delft started to develop the method in 1986. They were the first to use e-learning to learn Dutch.

On condition that you have time to prepare each conversation class during 2-3 hours twice a week, you can do just one module, more or all of them. After you have passed the final test of your module, you can continue either the next week or take a break, and return later. Last option is to stop completely – as you pay per module.

Suitcase talen classes are online, in the evening hours (CET) A new batch of modules starts every month.
The modular Delft method online system is unique for Suitcase talen.

As a consequence, the Delft method online may be done by students from all over the world – as long as you are willing to work hard. The study load is 6-8 hours a week, too much to be done on Sunday evening only.
